Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all orders placed via helvetiqlabs.ch.


2. Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The order is incomplete or incorrect

We do not accept returns for change of mind or opened products.


3. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at:

within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)


4. Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Send a replacement product

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.


5. Shipping

Delivery is available within Switzerland only.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days.
